The World's First Maiyan Suite has now been created here at Amaya Chairs.
The Maiyan ceremony, also known as Vatna, Haldi and Pithi, are all celebrated in a similar fashion by the gathering of family and friends to apply a tumeric paste onto both the Bride and Groom, cleansing the skin and creating that all important glow!
With this being such an important ceremony in the run up to the main event, we felt it was important to bring it up to another level.
All our suites are made by hand in the UK at Amaya Chairs HQ and the designs are both unique and one of a kind. Simply put, we have upgraded the Maiyan Ceremony!
We are a husband and wife team who have been closely watching the rapid rate in which the wedding industry has evolved, however, the Maiyan ceremony has always been left behind and overlooked.
Recognising this missing niche has required lots of trials and research to transcend this tradition and bring it forward into this ever-changing wedding industry. Therefore we are proud to say that we are able to take care of all of your Maiyan needs, thus, giving this auspicious occasion the recognition it rightly deserves.
